Threefold Studio LLC ("Threefold Studio," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website threefoldstudio.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers the Threefold Studio website only. Our individual apps each have their own separate privacy policy, because each app handles data differently. If you are looking for an app's policy, you will find it linked from that app's own page.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, and any message content you choose to send us.
- Newsletter and email list signup: email address, and name if you provide it.
Information collected automatically:
- We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools (like Google Analytics or ad pixels) on the Site. If this changes, we will update this policy.
- Our web hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and access times) for security and site performance purposes, as is standard with most web hosting.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to messages sent through the contact form.
- Send newsletter or product update emails to people who sign up for our mailing list.
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Third-party service providers
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) to manage our email mailing list and send newsletter communications. When you sign up for our mailing list, your email address (and name, if provided) is stored and processed by Brevo on our behalf, subject to Brevo's own privacy policy.
We may also use standard website hosting infrastructure to serve the Site. These providers may process technical data as described in Section 1.
4. Email communications and your choices
Every newsletter or marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of our mailing list at any time by clicking that link or by emailing us directly at hello@threefoldstudio.co. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending marketing emails, though we may retain a record that you unsubscribed to comply with anti-spam laws.
5. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and mailing list information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain our mailing list, or until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your rights

7. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for general adult and business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
